Cambridge International School, (Co Ed ) Jalandhar Hosts The New India Education Summit – Edition 2.0 .
Over 100 Educators and School Representatives from various schools situated in Chandigarh, Jammu, Amritsar ,Ludhiana, Karnal, Jalandhar, Phagwara , Gurdaspur, Kapurthala,
Phillaur, Batala, Nakodar , Ferozepur etc. gathered to discuss the theme – ‘Enabling New India’s Aspirations with the NCF’.
The Chairman Mr Nitin Kohli, Vice-Chairman, Mr Deepak Bhatia and Vice President Mr Parth Bhatia appreciated the importance of such occasions as it is directed towards the betterment of the learners.
The President , Ms Pooja Bhatia welcomed the esteemed educators and spoke on the role of school heads to rectify and implement the NCF in a manner which would benefit the learners .
In an opening address,Mr Ravi Satlani, CEO ScooNews stressed on the implementation plan for recently released NCF-ECCE document.
Ms Harleen Mohanty, the host school Principal,proposed the vote of thanks and praised the efforts being taken by the Ministry of Education towards the implementation of NEP and the curation of the NCF-ECCE document.
The educators were divided into three separate breakout rooms for discussion, mentored by – Ms Urvashi Warman (NCF-ECCE), Principal, Palace School, Jaipur, Anand Krishnaswamy, Innovator, Strategic & Educator( NCFSE) , Maj. Gen. SS Nair ( AVSM ) Retd. Director Birla Education Trust , Pilani. After elaborate discussions and deliberations on the respective topics, the event was summarised and concluded with appreciation for the organisers and the conference at large.
