SESSION ON MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES IN THE CLASSROOMS.
Our Principal took an engaging & interactive session on MI today as the theory connected to multi-sensory learning, teaches that children learn better with activities that involve more than one sense
It promotes better understanding and learning besides self discovering their strongest intelligence.
The session ended when teachers prepared different model lesson plans in groups incorporating all the Intelligences.
PROTECTION OF STUDENTS IN SCHOOL- SESSION ON POCSO.
Teachers play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of their students and to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills, a session on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act was organized by the School Counsellor Grace Daniel .
The session dealt mainly with Legal Awareness and equipping them to recognize signs of abuse and identify behaviors that may indicate a child is a victim of sexual offenses.
Our Principal Ms. Harleen Mohanty encouraged the teachers to foster awareness in the students and themselves to be vigilant and approachable at all times.
