Cambridge International School Chotti Baradari organized a fun-filled activity ‘Celebrating Motherhood’ on 29th May, 2019 for Grades 5 to 8. Students invited their mothers into their classes which were soulfully decorated in bright hues to greet them. Heart-warming feelings filled the air when the kids welcomed their mothers with handmade badges and tiaras. They presented a vibrant amalgamation of dhayana activities, dance, music, poems and games to show gratitude, appreciation and acknowledgement for the relentless efforts of their mothers. Mothers also had amazing time doing Zumba and had a session with Ms Grace Daniel and Ms Meenal Verma. The fun activities were followed by sharing of scrumptious breakfast dishes prepared lovingly by moms.
Gorgeous Grandparents Make The Summer Camp Come Alive At Cambridge International School, Jalandhar
Summer camp has become happiness zone for children. The tiny tots seemed so thrilled to create art and craft work and participated avidly in plethora of activities planned for them.
Students of Grade III and IV had memorable moments with their Grand Parents who became a part of ‘Back to Roots’ activity. Grandparents and their little ones dressed up in traditional Punjabi attires lent a charm to the celebration. Kids had a wondrous time listening to some side splitting anecdotes, old songs, poems and folk tales told by their grandparents. Spirit of the day captivated everyone as they enjoyed singing folk songs, playing games and relishing chatti di lassi ,Gur di cha with mathi and gur pare. An aesthetic display of traditional Punjabi objects was a source of attraction for everyone.
